FAQ
The obvious questions.
Anything else, write to us. A person answers.
Isn't ticking a box faster?
Yes. That is the problem with the box. A Flow makes logging cost you a walk to the table, on purpose. A habit you paid for in effort is one you believe you have, and one you cannot quietly fake at 11:40pm.
What if I forget to tap?
It is on the table you put your phone on every night, so the routine does the remembering. If you genuinely could not get to it, you can log by hand in the app. The card is honest about which is which.
Does it need power?
No. Inside is a passive tag. Your phone does the work when it touches the square, and the square never needs anything. No battery, no charging, nothing to update.
Which phones?
iPhone, for now. The app is on the App Store, and the tap uses the same part of the phone that pays for your coffee. Android is not supported yet.
Do I need one per habit?
No. One square, one spot, every habit. The app already knows which habit you meant, because you tapped its card first. Some people add a second one where a habit happens, by the door or in the kitchen, but one is the normal answer.
Is the app really free?
Yes, forever. No subscription, no premium tier, no ads. You buy the square once and that is the whole business.
Can two people share one?
No. A Flow belongs to one account, so your taps are yours and nobody else's. Two people need two.
What if I move?
It goes wherever your bedside table goes. It is fixed to a piece of furniture, not to a house.
What if I want to move it?
You can. The adhesive holds, but it is not permanent. Slide one blade of a pair of scissors, or a card, under an edge and lever it up. It comes away clean and you press it down somewhere new. Or do not stick it at all. It works just as well sitting loose on the table, a shelf or the kitchen bench.
Does it track anything on its own?
No. It has no sensor and no memory. It proves you were there, and the app does the rest. There is nothing in it to hack and nothing in it that watches you.
What if it is not for me?
Send it back within 30 days for a full refund. No questions asked.
