Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
Flow is a habit tracker. This policy explains what it collects, why, and what happens to it.
What Flow collects
When you sign in. Flow uses Sign in with Apple. Apple gives us an anonymous identifier for your account — a string of characters that means nothing outside Flow. We store that identifier and nothing else about your Apple ID.
If you choose to share your name or email with Apple during sign-in, that information is not sent to us and we do not store it. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we never see an email address at all.
What you record in the app. The habits you create — their names, icons, schedules and daily targets — and each time you log one, including the time it happened and your device's time zone at that moment. Where a habit was logged by tapping a Flow, we also store the identifier of the Flow you tapped.
That is the whole list. Flow contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind, and no third-party software development kits that collect data. We do not know your location, your contacts, your other apps, or anything about your device beyond what is needed to deliver your own data back to you.
Why we collect it
To store your habits and their history, and to keep them in step across your devices. That is the only purpose. We do not use your data to build a profile of you, and we do not analyse it for any purpose other than showing it back to you inside the app.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes.
Your data is stored on servers operated on our behalf by Railway, our hosting provider, who process it only to run the service. Those servers are located in the Netherlands.
We may disclose data if we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account.
Deleting your account
You can delete your Flow account from inside the app, under Account on the Flow tab. This erases your habits and their entire history from your phone and from our servers. It cannot be undone, and we do not retain a copy.
Children
Flow is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
